Cooking for Mom. 

I made a deal I'd cook and do laundry so Mom could focus on 'the-room-at-the-end-of-the-stair' mostly but any other "piles" around the house too.

So this is chicken for pasta for our Saturday picnic at Big Meadows. I also made Pineapple Chicken for dinner with T, K, & Mo. I will post recipes at my blog A Little bit of Everything.
